Failed rural hospital system. Bernstein Law Firm represented Creditors Committee and successfully fought to keep substantial assets in the estate for unsecured creditors over the objections of the Debtor's landlord. Plan of Liquidation was confirmed whereby Robert Bernstein, as Plan Administrator, quickly recovered approximately $500,000 for the estate. Bernstein continues to liquidate assets and pursue litigation with the goal of making a significant distribution to unsecured creditors.
