Scott concentrates in bankruptcy and restructuring. Prior to joining
Bernstein Law Firm, he clerked for two civil litigators in the area of
bankruptcy. In addition to his firm work, Scott also completed an
externship with the honorable Judge Arthur J. Schwab, United States
District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.
