Bernstein Law Firm Welcomes New Attorney

PITTSBURGH, PA – Bernstein Law Firm, P.C. welcomes new attorney, Maureen A. Dowd to the firm. She joins us from Chromulak & Associates LLC, in Canonsburg, PA. Ms. Dowd received her undergraduate degree from Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois and her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame. She also holds a PhD in English Literature from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Dowd handles matters in the Business Law and Bankruptcy areas at Bernstein Law Firm where she concentrates her practice in corporate, partnership, and commercial law and finance; asset acquisition and sales; and commercial real estate transactions, development and leasing. Maureen has litigation experience in state and federal trial courts, and bankruptcy courts, as well as appellate experience before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
