ROBERT S. BERNSTEIN ADDRESSES PENNSYLVANIA FINANCIAL SERVICES ASSOCIATION (PFSA)
Bernstein Law Firm's Managing Partner Robert S. Bernstein was the guest speaker for the PFSA's 2002 Annual Membership Meeting on June 11, 2002 at Nemacolin Woodlands in Farmington, PA. Bernstein's presentation was entitled: "Bankruptcy: A Creditor's Perspective." This involved a comprehensive discussion of bankruptcy and was designed to assist the financial companies and institutions in attendance to become familiar with the strategies to be employed in protecting firms, clients' interests and their rights under the Bankruptcy Code.
