ROBERT S. BERNSTEIN ADDRESSES PITTSBURGH LEASING ASSOCIATION MEMBERS' MEETING
Robert S. Bernstein, Esquire was the featured speaker for the Pittsburgh Leasing Association's (PLA) semi-annual Members' Meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2002 at the Engineers' Society of Western PA in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Bernstein, a Board Certified Creditors' Rights and Business Bankruptcy Specialist, is the Managing Partner of Bernstein Law Firm, P.C., a Pittsburgh-PA based law firm specializing in lease enforcement, creditor's rights and bankruptcy. The title of his presentation was "So What's New in the World of Bankruptcy? A Look at Leasing, Legislation and Litigation."
The Pittsburgh Leasing Association (PLA) provides a forum for equipment leasing professionals from the Western Pennsylvania area to exchange information and attend educational programs in a cooperative, social environment. Formed in 1995, the organization boasts a membership of 175 individuals from over 40 bank and independent leasing companies, law firms, appraisal companies, and most recently CPA firms. The PLA holds Membership Meetings featuring excellent topics relevant to the leasing world.
