"Where Are the Assets Now?"
Bob Bernstein was a speaker Saturday, March 4, 2006, at the mid-winter joint meeting in Phoenix of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees. Bernstein spoke on the topic of "Where Are the Assets Now?" and represented the CLLA as a panel member with others, including Judge Case, the President of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
